Jo Ann Berger

An internship as an industrial and fashion designer at Tonka Toys, led to a job designing Easy Bake Ovens, Sparkle Spirograph, Nerf, Littlest Pet Shop and My Little Pony for Kenner, then Hasbro Toys. I've designed a lot of products for pretty much every market you can think of, but my specialty is as a toy diva. I love the creative process, and spend my time exploring problem statements then answering them with creative solutions.

A few years ago, I started painting, and characters and places started popping up. I found that my paintings were a great way to connect to the inner consciousness of color, vibrancy and that fleeting feeling of waking up from a dream and almost catching the tail of something mysterious and important. I know that I feel like every artist out there-it is an honor to serve the creative muse, and I feel deeply grateful that art is a part of my life.
